Loose diamonds are shipped with their original grading certificates. Failure to return the certificate will result in a replacement fee of USD 150 (or equivalent in LKR).
Buying multiple items with the intention to return all except one is not allowed. This causes unnecessary restocking and affects pricing integrity. If you need help evaluating an item, contact our team — that's what we're here for.
