RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange, simply return the item(s) to us at the address below, within 7 days of receipt including the proof of purchase. We do not give any CASH REFUNDS , however if we do not have an item you require in stock, you will be issued with a credit note valid up to 30 days from the date of issue.
Please ensure that the returned goods are in perfect saleable condition and returned in its original packaging. “Saleable” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Please note you cannot return or exchange the following products for hygiene reasons – earrings, nose pins etc.
